Which member of the Pro Football Hall Of Fame was ejected from a Super Bowl?

Jack Lambert was not ejected. In typical Steelers fashion, he explained he was on the Steelers, and the referee let him stay in the game, although he should have been ejected.

On the other hand, back in Super Bowl VIII, the Dolphins ran the ball all game long, right at Alan Page. (Griese only threw 7 passes the entire game). Page got so frustrated that he could not get off Bob Kuechenberg's blocks, that at one point, he took a swing at him, right in front of the official, and was subsequently ejected.

If by ejected you mean referees took him out then I do not know. Jim Kelly and Terry Bradshaw were unable to finish super bowls because of injury.
