did vick really have dog fights at hes own home and is he going to play this season?

there are rumors of there being tapes of vick involved in dog fighting. if that is true, i see no other option but to suspend him for the entire season, playoffs included.

Come on they also found Weed in his water..bottle finding that he did in fact have dog fights at his house,would not suprise me. Btw he will not play for the next upcoming season,they will have to make an example out of him just like Pacman Jones.

The Falcons finished 7-9 last season with a healthy Michael Vick. So what difference does it make if he plays this year, or gets thrown in jail for hosting Phillipino cocck fight parties with dogs instead of roosters? The Falcons still won't finish any better than 9-7 at best! And to think they pay the guy $12 million a year! D'OH!

Vick has been trying to buy off witnesses, but some people ARE talking anyway.

As of about 2 hours ago locally (I'm in Atlanta) one of our Big 3 news affiliates aired a quick piece stating "sources are saying that Vick will not be indicted on federal charges" stemming from the in house dog fighting allegations. If you ask me, I think he bought, trained, and fought the dogs to make them mean as hell so that the beasts could protect his "In House Pot Crops" that he likes to pass off as bottled water. Really, what idiot would even entertain the idea of walking out in public with M-Jane, much less an airport, and OH BY THE WAY, I forgot that I make 10's of millions for 16 weeks of work, looked up to by millions of kids, and will NEVER have to struggle with anything financially related for the rest of my life unless brought upon it by himself. Well guess what, Falcons Fan or not, I hope Mr. Vick just bit his little **** ALL BY HIM LITTLE SELF and gets knocked down here with the rest of us daily grind, has to earn everything in life, LITTLE PEOPLE. Maybe after a few years of "POVERTY"(to him anyway), he'll start a lecture circuit touring schools, pee-wee leagues, even high schools and colleges, discussing the simple art of "DECISION MAKING". Ask Pete Rose what it's like to lose the biggest love of your life and have to wake up every morning and face that very person responsible for losing that love for the rest of your life. To add pain to punishment, how it also feels to be remembered as "Yeah he gambled on baseball, he threw games", instead of being remembered as "Charlie Hustle", and owning one of the most prestigeous records that game has to offer. So is Vick guilty, of course, will he be indicted, NO. Does anyone really give a &^*%? Not really, as long as Mike gets to run like hell every Sunday on national TV. Word of advice Mike, keep football public, everything else private.
As you can tell, being a local to this whole affair, I'm sick of it, and if given 2 minutes face to face with our "Leading Rusher", I would either get a handshake and a simple, "advice taken" or spend the next 7 hours with a team of Atlanta's finest at GRADY TRAUMA CENTER, having a pro football surgically removed from an orifice that I probably didn't have a bit of say so in choosing when "WATER BOY, I mean WATER BONG, dangit, I'll get it right hang on, when "I'm rich and famous so I'm gonna fight dogs, smoke weed in public, and there is not one damn thing anybody can do about cause, "I'M MIKE VICK BIT**"(sorry Chappelle-couldn't resist) got offended at my choice of words and opinion I have of him. Chazz, you sir are an ***. Whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty? The water bottle incident turned out to be nothing more than a secret compartment for jewelry, an empty one that "smelled like marijuana." How many times have you smelled something that wasn't there? People act like Michael Vick lived at the house in question, it is completely plausible that Michael Vick, a registered breeder, had no idea what his cousin was doing with the house and the dogs on the property, so it isn't right to villify him for something that he hasn't been successfully tied to yet. Do we investigate the parents of the columbine shooters for conspiring with their children in attacking their classmates because they were oblivious to their children's plots? I doubt that Michael Vick would be held responsible for not being aware of what his property was being used for either. Any sanctions that the NFL could place upon him would be overturned anyways because the supposed tie to Mike Vick occurred in 2000, one year before he was drafted, so the NFL couldnt penalize someone for something he didn't commit while in the league, that'd be like suspending Ricky Williams for the season when he finally comes back for violating the substance abuse policy for marijuana use while he was "retired." Long story short, before you point the finger towards somebody and judge them, wait to see what the legal system has to say about the situation. It is easy to hate the Paris Hiltons and Mike Vicks and Pacmans in this world because they are rich and get off easy, but realistically, they are all human and make mistakes. Whether Mike Vick's mistake was being too trusting, or committing atrocities towards pittbulls (a breed that should be banned in the first place for its vicious nature), has yet to be seen, so wait before you pass judgement.

lets see vick buys a home and a kennel is built on his property without his knowledge?is that what he is asking us to believe?he owns it for 5 years and never went back to visit just letting his cousin live in this mansion and estate...who paid property taxes every year?oh and as soon as this story breaks vick sells it for way less than market value and when asked he then throws his own family under the bus saying,"it wasnt me it was my family!!".come on how could vicks cousin afford the upkeep on this place with out michaels help and knowledge?

The biggest question now is whether Vick will be named in an indictment?
Source`s have said that it`s unlikely but no one is sure how much credence can be put in the accuracy of that statement.
The Federal summary released last week outlined evidence of a large scale dog fighting operation that has been in operation since 2002 on Vick`s property.
Most people that have followed the situation closely believe Vick was involved but stands a good chance of not being indicted or convicted because the Federal Government is not likely to indict until thay have a 95% probability of conviction.

Given the above, it`s hard to predict Roger Goodells reaction but my guess is, Vick will play in 2007.
