Of all receivers (WR or TE) past or present, Who do you want catching the ball?

Dan Marino and Herman Moore

Marino had a lighting fast release so he is less likely to take a sack.
Moore because there have not been a softer set of hands combined with great leaping ability in the NFL ever.

John Elway and Cris Carter. Rice was a more obvious choice, but not really the guy you want in a jumping contest. Carter was taller and heavier.

Dan Marino- Great arm- to Randy Moss- Great height, speed, vertical, and hands.

John Clayton to mike Wilbon - they seem perfect.

Montana to Rice - because they have done it before.

John Elway to Jerry Rice. Captain Comeback to Mr. Reliable

Joe Montana to Dwight Clark.

Farve has the arm strength, accuracy and field awareness to get the ball to the reciever, in his younger days he was also pretty light on his feet and had a good chance of avoiding a sack and still getting the ball out of there

Rice had the speed and the hands you need on the other end, he has the ability to get open and create separation, and anything even close to him is going to end up in his hands.

Joe Montana to Lynn Swann. Montana was always cool under pressure and Swann could make the spectacular catch if need be.

i initially thought about moss as wr, but i figure by this point in the game he would have already hit the locker room, so id be down for about anyone else

but then again, im the kind of guy who would have kept the rb in to block and send all receivers on fly routes, and dump it off to the rb in the flats

Since its a 32 yd pass, the defense can collapse on the WR, so it will most likely be a jumping contest, and with that said, I would take Randy Moss....I would want Montana throwing to hiim, b/c he is clutch and would be confident/calm enough to make the toss.

I cant say Rice, b/c its hard to get seperation from the defense, when there is 4 sec on the clock and the ball HAS to be thrown in the end zone from 32 yds out. There will be plenty of DBs in the area.

Brett Favre. He can throw a football through a basketball hoop from 60 yards! Catching it would be Steve Largent because he had the best hands, and you wouldn't want a drop in that situation.

id want favre throwing the ball and id want shannon sharp catching the ball because favre has such a great arm he could throw the ball 27 yards on a perfect line (easily and very quickly) while the D was waiting in the endzone covering the WR's then Sharpe had the speed/power to get a extra couple yards.

Jerry Rice, fade route to the corner of the end zone with Joe Montana throwing the ball.

Lynn Swan is a close second.

I would want Joe Montana to Jerry Rice, or Marvin Harrison.. because they both have reliable hands and seldomly drop passes. and for my TE i'd use gates because hes very fast and he'd get to endzone easily.

If it can only be active players, i'd choose either Manning or Brady to be throwing the ball. And i would have Marvin Harrision or Steve Smith catching the ball.

If it can be any players, past or present, i'd choose John Elway to throw the ball and Michael Irvin to catch the TD.

Tom Brady to Jerry Rice on a deep skinny post against the 2 deep safeties, I would have my off reciever draw one sfety away with a fly or flag route. Because Brady will find a way to win it, and Rice is possibly the best route runner ever.
