Leaving out the two obvious choices, I would say Drew Brees.

There are two ways to interpret your question, and I'll answer both.

1) Which quarterback would actually lead the team to a SuperBowl? I think the best non-Manning or Brady quarterbacks in the NFL are Drew Brees and Carson Palmer, with Matt Hasselbeck running a close fifth. Any of these quarterbacks, as well as Marc Bulger, could lead a team to a Super Bowl. Considering my team is the Ravens, I'd have to choose Palmer.

2) Which QB would I like to see winning a SuperBowl? Doesn't mean that this QB is the best, but may fit my team the best or is a sentimental favorite. For the Ravens, I think we need a mobile quarterback who is extremely accurate and smart with the football. I think Vince Young would be a great fit. There are several QBs I would like to see win the SuperBowl, including underappreciated Kitna, tossed out Trent Green, and a Tampa Bay led by Jeff Garcia.

Well, since I am an Eagles fan myself, I would probably say that my BIASED opinion would have to be Donovan McNabb. I believe that when he stays healthy, he is without a doubt one of the top five quarterbacks in the league. The only problem is, he hasn't been able to finish the past two seasons due to injury.

Now for my UNBIASD opinion, the answer would be Marc Bulger. The guy is truly the most underrated quarterback in the entire NFL. He had his best year last year as far as passing yards and touchdowns, and now he has a more than able running back in Stephen Jackson. He has worked so hard to gain success, and has barely gotten any recognition for it. I fell that if he gets to the big game, it would be hard to stop him.

Carson Palmer.

Great Arm, Poise and Leadership.

He just needs to get rid of the criminals on that team and he would be even better. And I hate the Bengals

He is an excellent QB.
Threw for over 4,300 yards last season and 24 TDs.
with only 8 interceptions.

if i could have any quarterback other than manning or brady leading my team it would be drew brees. i would like to see jason campbell win a superbowl so the skins would have the only 2 black qbs to win a superbowl. joe gibbs would be the only coach to lead the same team to the superbowl 5 times with 4 different quarterbacks with 4 wins.
