Depends on your personnel. Play to the strengths of your team. Both offenses require different skill requirements from your players. Is your quarterback a scrambler or pocket passer? How large are your WR's? Do you have a good RB and what style runner is he? Can he catch? Can your FB catch? How well does your linemen get to the edge of the line of scrimmage when running sweeps, etc.? These are just some of the things you may want to consider.
