I wish that Alabama played in the Pac10, don't you?

That way they could play for conference championships every year and be undisputed #1 without having to prove it against the best teams in the country.

as far as getting screwed out of the bcs title games, hell ya. it just wouldn't feel right playing against a bunch of no talent teams that are almost the equivalent to highschool teams. at least in the sec, you know you beat the best in the country and i would be more proud to win the national title that way than to have everyone say " well, look at the sorry teams they had to play." like we do in the sec every year. florida proved it last year, the SEC is the the best, strongest, biggest, and fastest conference of all time and thats why alabama is good right where they are.

How soon they forget....
Do you happen to remember the last time Bama had a nonconference series with a Pac 10 team? About 6,7 years ago Bama had a home and away with UCLA, which is usually the 2nd-5th best team in conference year in and year out. Well, UCLA won those games including one year when Bama was an overblown #3. If Bama ranked third in the country couldn't beat UCLA, what makes you think they could win Pac 10 championships playing against Cal, Oregon, and SC every year? Not to mention the odd years when Wash., UCLA, and ASU have strong teams.

SEC honks are renowned for, not only their arrogance, but also their selective memory. USC has beaten the last 3 SEC teams it has played by a combined score of 143-31. In fact, last years beatdown of 50-14 was over the eventual SEC west champion in what was a rebuilding year for SC, and yet you SEC folks persist in calling them overrated. If SC is overrated what does that make the SEC?

This is what SEC fans resort to when they can't face the fact that their team isn't as good as previously thought. It's sort of like neo-Confederate revisionist Civil War history. USC, Cal, and Oregon could easily smoke Alabama, and hang with the toughies in the SEC, deal with it.
