Nope. If you think about the matchup, colts are not even superior on offense anymore. Defensively colts have improved some, but the pats offense will walk down the field at will against them.
When the colts have the ball they can still put up some points but manning will have his occasional pressures that the Pats always put on him. Final score

The Pats will be able to match any and all points put on the board by the Colts. However, I think the Patriots have a serious edge when it comes to Defense.
as good as the Colts' Defense has been, it hasn't been anywhere near what the Patriots have accomplished.

NOPE!!!! I just want to say that even though Miami SUCKS!!!! this year. They do have a thing with beating undefeated teams. When it seems like someone is going to try and match thier undefeated season, they pull off a win. So it might not even make it to the Colts game because Miami plays the Patriots this weekend @ home.... But I do not think the Colts can beat the Pats

I definetly think the Colts will give the Pats a run for their money. With Randy Moss teamed up with Tom Brady I don't think the Colts will beat us. Brady is already on his way to breaking Manning's season record of 49TD passes.

Colts can win, but they probably need to cheat. Send some hookers to the Pats hotel, and call in some bomb threats the night before the game. Put some laxatives in Tom Brady's breakfast. Steal the Pats game plan, and then make sure the refs get paid.

Gotta go with the Pats, they had the Colts in the playoffs last year and blew it. They are way better this year. Don't see anyone beating them. Pats 16-0 and a superbowl.

i wouldve liek to had said that the cowboys were the first test for them but when you look atthe defense they played some were playing man and some were playing zone. that just shows how good the patriots offense is because opposing teams cnat play a consistent set of defense. Well, when I think about the matchups heres what comes to mind! The Colts secondary is very fast! And they are much more physical than last year! Your not gonna see Moss get wide open for an 80 yard touchdown pass! That won't happen! If Tom Brady is gonna win in Indy he will have to do it the way he did 5 years ago in New England! He will have to complete short passes and hope that the Patriots running game can get it going! Brady will face a different defense. One that he has never faced before! The Colts defense this year is faster, and more hard hitting than ever since Manning has been in Indianapolis. I have yet to see any offense get a big pass play against them. Its always the quarterback throwing 4, 5, 6, yard passes. This Year the Colts will have Freddy Keiaho! He was the Patriots worst Nightmare the last Time he played against them! In that Game, Cato June got injured and Keiaho replaced him. He clearly made a difference right away! He helped to completely shut down the Pats running game! If the Colts stay healthy on defense, I'm afraid the Pats could be in trouble! People say well; Manning's stats have went down! Well, let me tell you something! The only reason hwy his stats are down is because the Colts are having a great deal of success in the ground game! Remember, Joseph Addia plays for the Colts too! The offense is more balanced than it has ever been in years past! Peyton is less selfish! He doesn't try to win games by himself anymore! He is relying on his teamates to help him! I call it maturity!

Any given Sunday...I think it will not be who plays the best, I think it will be who makes the last mistake.

yes, I do think the Colts will take it. By a very small margin, but take it. They can stop Randy Moss and their defense does what it needs to. They have proven it time and time again. I give the Pats credit for what they're doing this year, but no team will go undefeated. Sorry, not going to happen. The Pats will lose 2 or 3 and same for Colts. But if anyone can put on one heck of game, it will be these two teams whether they're undefeated or not. Much like the Dallas game started out to be. Difference is, The colts are not the cowboys.

I think the Patriots win this one on the road this year. The entire offseason was spent specifically for beating the Colts. Adalius Thomas was brought in for more speed which will improve coverage and the pass rush. Moss, Welker, Stallworth are big time upgrades. The Colts will score points on the Patriots, but for once, the Patriots have the offensive weapons to keep pace with Indianapolis. By the time this game is played by Week 9, Richard Seymour will be back and the receivers will have all the time needed to effectively gel. Patriots win on the road in a close game 41-38.

The Colts. They have won the last three meetings and are better this year as are the pats. This will be played at indy and the dome is one if not the loudest stadium in the nfl.

Also, the pats still haven't beaten anyone and are in the weakest division in the league and the colts are in the toughest. I would put up any team in the afc south against the cowboys and if the boys beat any of them it would be tough fought.

Bottom line is the colts have beaten better competition and the pats haven't faced a real defense yet. Add to that anytime a boston or NY team is winning it is extremely over hyped by the east coast national media. Remember how the colts wouldn't be able to stop the pats the last three games? that's what all the pundits said then too.

The colts play the tampa 2 defense and do not give up big plays, also look for brady to get picked a couple times. Indy's pass def is 2nd in the league. If there is a weakness to the Pats it's their secondary which manning will shred, don't forget indy's running game is averaging about 7 yards per carry against good defenses.

If Indy had the same weak schedule as NE they would blow everyone out just as bad. Please look at strength of schedule before you crown the pats the best in the league, right now the colts are still the defending champs and on the longest current winning streak in the nfl going back to last season.

The pats shouldn't be favored over the colts until they beat them which will not happen in the Dome where currently the colts are on a franchise high home winning streak of 12 in a row. So stop listening to Collinsworth (who always picks against the colts in big matchups) and watch the colts dismantle the almighty patriots on 11/4.
