If they somehow managed to play...so how again does Boston College deserve a higher ranking?

LSU should have lost that game to the Auburn Tigers, so don't open your mouth how BC have a higher ranking. LSU fans is very delusional, they should have 3 lost right now, 1 to the Gators and 1 to the Auburn Tigers and the other is their only lost so far to the UK Wildcats.

I'm a Irish fan so i'll try to state the facts true BC is undefeated and lsu has 1 loss but you've got to be kidding yourself if you don't think that the sec is one of the toughest conferences. Another thing is who has boston college played worth giving them the number 2 spot. Report It

You can't say Virgina Tech because BC barely squeaked by them 14-10 while LSU beat them 48-7, that wasn't even a game. And all the big name sec schools have only lost to people in their own conference like Florida, Kentucky, SC, Georgia, and yes LSU. Report It

and even so LSU's loss was to a ranked tuff sec team not like most of the upsets which were caused by no name schools this year. Overall i don't believe that BC should be number 2 do to the fact that they have not played anyone and one of the 2 ranked teams they beat LSU crushed. Report It

And you cannot say that the refs are not fair. During BCS games they only choose the best officials who have been fair accross the season. That means that these officials could be from Boston for all we know. Report It

LSU would kill B.C. So would many other teams. LSU can't be beat in Louisiana because the refs won't allow it. That is the reason I don't want to see them in the title game. It wouldn't be fair.

LSU has lost to an extremely overrated Kentucky team, even now since the latest polls have them in the teens, and they darn near lost to a team that has losses to South Florida (no shame in that though) and Mississippi State.

I think making the assumption that LSU would beat Boston College is a mistake.
