|Who will LSU play in the National Championship game?|
With the big loss to Arizona last night, things are primed up for LSU to play in National Championship Game (even though nothing this season is guaranteed.) Assumming that LSU plays in the title game, who else will be there?
Why you guys harping on my man. He put assuming, so what if it wasn't in the innitial part of the question, number one, and number two, I've been to every game in tiger stadium except florida so i can tell you first hand mr. stonewall that the refs haven't been any better to the tigers at home or on the road, the officiating this year has gotten even worse than the last few years and not just against, lsu, it's been on every team in every conference n the nation (by the way what conference's officials just got suspended for 1 game, oh yeah, not the SEC) And quit blaming the game on officiating, overall and most of the time it's not the biggest reason a team wins or loses. so assuming lsu makes it, because nothing is a sinch this go around i'll have to say a rematch of '03 cause there is no way (i guess i shouldn't say no way since we can't assume, I just wanted to let you all know I'm not assuming anything) that kansas should beat the sooners. I hope it's LSU and Oklahoma, And I hope it's an even stronger victory by the tigers than last time, assuming the tigers can win out.
thanks dude, GEAUX TIGERS Report It
Don't be too fast to jump to conclusions. They still have the SEC title game to go.
I notice how you didn't put assuming in the initial question... just a friendly reminder... as this season has shown already... you should never assume anything...
BOOMER SOONER, BOOMER SOONER, BOOMER SOONER, BOOMER SOONER......
The better question would be: Who will the Big-12 champion play in the Championship Game? If Georgia gets a crack at LSU away from their refs at Death Valley, they will beat them.
ASSUMING LSU WINS OUT AND IS IN THE TITLE GAME:
I hope it is LSU vs Oklahoma, that seems to be the only legitimate matchup.
If they win out and win the SEC title they will play in the National Championship game.
I'm not sure they will be in the National Championship game
Need to ask yourself, will LSU play in the NC game? They had to many close calls this season and it will catch up with them
assuming LSU makes it,, then I would say WVa will lose to UConn, Kansas will lose to K ST, then beat Mizzou and Oklahoma....that will leave the team that has performed over all the best in the last 2 years... THE Ohio State University.
They'll play the Big 12 Champion. And to the first responder to the question, we're jumping to a FOREGONE conclusion in Death Valley. We can easily beat Ole Miss and we can beat Arkansas. Its either Georgia or Tennessee in the title game and we can beat them as well. We'll play whoever wins out and wins the Big 12, be it Missouri, Kansas, or Oklahoma. My money is on Oklahoma so we can have a rematch of 2003 but without ESPN eventually sucking the Trojan of USC and giving them a paper championship.
