I am a die hard and I haven't seen an LSU team that dominated on both sides of the ball the way they did tonight against VT. I'm excited!

National championship. The defense is to good and to fast. The offense is doing great. If they are not #1 in the polls this week then it just shows of much the media loves USC.

They should be ranked #1 for sure over USC that was idle this week and didn't play anybody last week. I think LSU held back some to avoid running up the score. I'm still not convinced that VA Tech scored or the officials felt sorry for them.

I,m an Auburn fan and I believe LSU is the #1 team in the Country by far.They are as you said dominating.I dread when Auburn plays LSU.I'm afraid that LSU is going to beat Auburn bad.

usc fan here. They look friggin awesome. So quick and talented on defense. The RB Williams is super.

That was a good call leaving the perfect job for what turned out to be a college that he will forever be in Bear Bryant's shadow.
They should be number 1 and play for the National Championship, but they always have that one let down game where the qb struggles enough to cost the defense. Hope they dont and hope they run over the pretty boys as USC...

If Beamer had started the game with Taylor, if he had admitted to himself that Glennon was not the man, it would have been a closer game. But I admit, I had no idea how fast LSU is.
If we lose to someone, I hope that team is the national champs.
If Beamer has gotten past this and is ready to play Taylor, Hokies have a chance to be the ACC leader and a good bowl game. But I am backing LSU for the championship title this year.

Right now they are the best team in college football. The only problem they have is they play in the toughest confrence in college football. They can't afford even a small letdown or Florida, Arkansas, Auburn, S. Carolina, or even Kentucky could make them pay.
