I think it will be close, but Notre Dame will win by a touch down, or field goal.

Notre Dame - they have something to prove. Ohio State lost their 2 big games of the season (Penn State and Texas). ND almost beat USC, they lost because the officials screwed up on the placement of the ball. I agree though - I think its gonna be a very close game.
