I know it is still not a great season but all those no win season predictions are looking pretty crazy.

Those people are typically the media and they dont have to be responsible for what they do, who they destroy or how they portray events.

im not a Notre Dame hater, nor am i a Michigan/ West Virginia hater. But i do HATE, so i guess it makes me a hater, that those teams are always overrated. So i dont hate on those teams, b/c they're just sucky teams that are victims to the AP polls. Oh yeah so i dont hate those teams, i hate the analysist that hype them up b/c they hope and dream they would win atleast 3 games in a season. I wouldn't get all pompous, my friend. Even if you were to win out, by Irish standards, you should still be hanging your head. And there's no way you win out...the offense was atrocious.

Even though Notre Dame isn't having a stellar season, the Notre Dame fans are die hard fans, and you have to respect that.

I really don't remember too many(realistic) people before the season saying ND would be winless, I think most people were saying 4 or 5 wins. 2 wins will prove them wrong too though so way to go!!!

I think it's great!!! For years, because of Notre Dame's television contract with the media, we've been forced to watch Notre Dame play sorry teams week in and week out while there are two ranked teams in a real battle on at the same time. It now makes me as giddy as a little school girl that every Notre Dame loss is being broadcast nationally for all to see. Money well spent Notre Dame!! Instead of coming out with the ten commandments of driving, maybe the Catholic church should list the ten commandments of driving the football.

Notre Dame should fire the blimp and hire me as the first female head coach. They finally won a game, but they still suck. I could do a much better job.

One win is not sufficient enough to silence all the critiques. Notre Dame should be better than what their record states. If the coach doesn't get things done in the next couple of years he'll be shown the door.

Notre Dame has been a joke for a while. They should never have been in a bowl game last year. They got their behinds handed to them. This year, their lack of ability has really shown through. Still, I bet they will be ranked in the top 25 again at the beginning of next year, just like Michigan.

They did get a win though against a ucla team that lost 44-6 to Utah. A ucla team that was playing a walk on QB.

Whats crazy is that you are on here acting like they will rebound from that 0-5 start to have a good season. So they won a game. Hey you cant lose them all. If they win 3 games this year they should be happy because they are that bad.

Oh yeah,Notre Dame quiet every one with that tremendous win against the powerhouse UCLA Bruins,Now for an encore they probably will beat another powerhouse football team like Navy to really show the world who's boss

Well, I wasn't predicting a zero lose season but I will admit the way they were playing I certainly thought it was possible. Beating UCLA doesn't prove a thing about the Irish. Let's face it, UCLA was seconds away from putting their mascot in at QB. Not a valant victory by any means. And had the UCLA starter not been injured....very different game.

Notre Dame beat a mediocre ucla team that doesn't have their starting Qb, relax guy, Notre Dame still sucks.
