Does Michigan beating up on Notre Dame prove anything?

Now don't get me wrong I am a die hard Michigan fan but does it really prove anything to sink your teeth into an already wounded animal. I see this win as a confidence builder for the weeks to come. What do you think?

Any given Sunday; Saturday's with college football.

It proves that Notre Dame really sucks. It might give U of M a big confidence boost to wallop a team so badly though.

it wont prove anything till december....

i think that all it shows is how good app state is

It was a step forward after two embarassing losses. Notre Dame is obviously a team that's looking at hard times, but it's a confidence builder. They played good defense and their offense was efficient. This probably erased alot of the bad feelings the team may have had going into this game. With a spring in their step, they should play reasonably well the rest of the season, and still contend in the Big 10.

apparently not

i think that michigan is overrated. they lost their first two games and then they beat a team that cant even keep hold of the ball thats nothin more than a confidence builder lets see what they do to penn state next week if they win then their back on their feet and might still have a chance to get to a good bowl game but i doubt it

Nah, it just proved who sucked less.

Probably a boost for michigan morale. But beating one of the bottom 5 teams doesn't mean much as far as progress goes. I considered this game a match between two weak teams, it just shows you who is number 119 and who is number 114.

no it doesnt prove anything

It proves that Notre Dame is in far worse shape then the Wolverines. It also proves that the Michigan team is damn good as long as it doesn't face a spread offense.

no not really it just shows how much worse ND is getting

to me as an ohio state fan it doesnt prove anything they couldnt beat appalachian state man i mean beating notre dame is pure luck go buckeyes

I'm sure that it's a confidence builder, but let's see how they do in Conference play now.

No.....All it means is that they just proved that they can at least win.....Not agaisnt Appalachian State though lol

It proves Notre Dame isnt that good and Michigan is a good team that started out rough against spread offenses.

I am just glad they won- they got their losing streak out of the way- now they will win the rest of their games....M GO BLUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It proves that Notre Dame continues to suck and I continue to laugh about it...that's all that matters.

This was huge! You're an idiot and probably not a Michigan fan! The hardest game we'll have all year is next week. This is for the Big ten championship baby! And as of the past couple of decades, we OWN Penn State!
1. Michigan
2. Penn State
3. tosu
4. Iowa
5. Illinois
6. Wisconsin (are you f'in kidding me????)
GO BLUE!!!!

It proves Notre Dame Sucks and Michigan is mediocre.

It proves that it's going to be a veeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr... long season in South Bend.

It proved that Mich. could beat up on ND, but then, doesn't everybody?

it proves ND will struggle bad this year.
