Kansas will play six top 25 teams and the stinking Ohio state sucknuts won't play a single one. Ohio state is ranked Number 1 and Kansas isn't. What is wrong with this stinking country?

BTW...Central Michigan, Southeastern Louisiana , Toledo , Florida International , Kansas State , and Baylor are pretty close to nobody. Outside of Missouri, the jayhawks will have played a very weak "top 25" schedule.

its because with the schedule they are playing they are clearing the points sheet, its really rediculous, they knew ohio state would prolly be number 1 when they made it...im not complaining, i dont hate ohio state...just the BCS is just really really weird and i dont know why a known ranked team wouldnt face another ranked team

Reputation mostly as Ohio State is a perrenial top 10 team and Kansas hasn't had neaqrly the success that they have had. You make a very valid point though and I agree.

I think Purdue was 23 when they played OSU.

OSU was favored over Kansas in the preseason, so if both keep winning, it's hard for the underdog team to overtake the powerhouse team. This is true of all teams. This is why we need playoffs. OSU wouldn't get passed round one against any top 8 team., except maybe BC.

Because OSU > Kansas

Illinois is ranked and they are on our schedule. It's not OSU's fault that the rest of the Big Ten sucks this year.

Edit: I didn't realize Illinois lost this last weekend. Welp... Michigan's ranked again. Seriously..right now the last four teams OSU plays are 5-2 each. None of them are cupcakes. Penn State will be the toughest challenge.

Actually Ohio state did play a top 25 team. Remember the point of when the game plays is all that matters as far as rankings go. Purdue was ranked 23rd and Ohio State controlled the game from beginning to end. Just because Purdue fell out of the top 25 now does not mean that they are not considered a top 25 victory by Ohio State. If all pans out the right way then they will have faced only two top 25 teams. Their schedule had Illinois (ranked 18 last week), Wisconsin (up to 5 in the rankings), and even Penn State (was up to 10), but all that doesn't matter.

Kansas has played only one top 25 team in Kansas State (which was ranked 24 at the time), they only have one more scheduled. So where do you get they will play 6 top 25 teams?

They both have pretty fluff schedules outside their conference opponents, both are undefeated, and both have played a single top 25 team. Ohio State has the advantage of being ranked #1 last year (kinda sets the mind that they have left off right where they ended the regular season). Kansas surely could not compete with the likes of LSU, Florida, Oklahoma, or even Boston College for that matter. Kansas is where they should be. Ohio State is where they should be (due to upper teams losing). Neither will be at those same spots by the end of the season.

Please explain your top 25 teams and why Kansas should be higher in the rankings.

Kansas has played 2 teams that are even in a BCS conference, K-State and Baylor. Not exactly football powerhouses. I'm surprised they are even ranked, undefeated or not. If you play a cupcake schedule, don't complain about your ranking.
