Anything is possible. Just because this team beat that team doesnt mean that you can beat them too. But for those people saying Wisconsin "would of" won today, dont make excuses.

Wisconsin would have won if they didn't get lazy with the ball.


other than that... it was a regular game with too much hype around it. Every time the score would change, ESPNews would change their breaking news box. I kinda thought it was annoying.

38-17 to a crappy wisconsin team isnt a good game. wisconsin was overrated to begin with because of their easy schedule last year.

there is NO WAY ohio state can beat oregon or LSU and i aint a buckeye hater, im just saying what i believe.

Well take into account Wisconsin was without their All-American RB Hill. I still think OSU would have won but not by 3 scores.
OSU would probably have a 50/50 shot against Oregon. Their impressive defense could probably shut down Jonathan Stewart to minimal yardage and as long as Dixon doesn't go crazy on them, they'd do fine against the Ducks. Especially since Oregon doesn't exactly have an outstanding defense. At times they are good, but never outstanding.
Against LSU however, I don't think they'd stand a shot. LSU outplays them on both sides of the ball. Wells is ususally a safe bet for 100 yards and a couple scores, but he'd be lucky to get 50 and 1 TD against Dorsey and the Tigers. A game between the Buckeyes and Tigers would probably be a defensive struggle, not much scoring. Especially if LSU would be without Ryan Perriloux.
So I think they'd do well against Oregon. And they'd be a bit shaky against LSU.

What weak schedule the Badgers play, they played a non conference schedule that would rank with anyone. Now granted they didnt play OSU or UM last 2 years, that just normal cycling of the Big 10 schedule

LSU can't even beat Bama!

LSU did beat 'Bama but Ohio State could not beat 'Bama, Mississippi State, Georgia, Florida, Auburn, Virginia Tech, or last years Boise State team. Talk when they play somebody, anybody. You play a #23 team, a #24 team, and may play a #15 team. What a joke???? Even Boston College plays a tougher schedule with a #15, a #8 that LSU dismantled and a #25. If you beat a currently ranked #15 Michigan, and thats a BIG IF, remember they couldn't beat Applachian State. LSU lost to a ranked team, on the road, in triple overtime, after playing last years National Champs which as I recall stomped the Buckeyes. 'Nuff said!!!!!

If the BCS title game was played the week after "The Game" with the team from up north, The Bucks would have a better chance beating either. 50-something days off will hurt them again.

Maybe this time Tressel can keep them grounded knowing a one-loss team can beat them badly.

A conference championship game two weeks after the regular season would help keep sharpness, but who wants to see Ohio State play that other school twice?

What about a Rose Bowl rematch of Oregon and Michigan? Looks plausible.

And... App. State was b2b defending champs that had to play tournament style each time, and could have beaten at least half of the preseason top 25.

Do I think that OSU could beat LSU AND Oregon? Whew...2 against 1? It would be a tough one but... yeah, I'm gonna have to go with the Bucks on that one (wicked grin).
