Just answered this for another Penn State lover but here I go.

Penn State will in all likelihood finish second or third in the conference, if injuries ravage them probably fourth or even fifth. Michigan is still the dominant power in the conference with Henne, Hart and Manningham leading a strong offense and they still have a crushing defense. Wisconsin is strong in all but a entrenched QB, giving Penn a chance to overttake them. Don't leave out OSU and Iowa though, they can catch the conference by storm. Penn in my opinion will finish second just ahead of Wisconsin but behind Michigan.

1. Wisconsin 11-1 (7-1) Lose to Michigan
2. Ohio State 11-1 (7-1) Lose to Wisconsin
3. Michigan 10-2 (7-1) Lose to Oregon & Ohio State
4. Penn State 8-4 Lose to Michigan, OSU, Wisconsin, and Michigan State (upset)

Michigan is coming off a trip to the Rosebowl and has most of thier starters coming back. Wisconsin is a sleeper team that most people won't pick but could suprise people and in the title. Ohio State has too many questions and to many holes to fill.
Penn State have a great defense coming back and could upset someone this year but doens't have enough weapons to win the title.

Dude, I think Penn State could win, but they need to win at Ohio State --- a tough task. But I think they can win that game and be Big Ten Champs. Holla ata playa playa!!! One!!!

Penn St. is the dark horse of this conference, they got so many returning players coming back from last year team. And Anthony Morelli is the leader of that team, he will have a good year as the starting QB for the Nitany Lions and with the help of Derrick Williams their star WR/KR. And they got a good defense lead by Dan Connor the great LB. But Michigan and Wisconsin remain the favorite for the medias but i say watch out for Penn St. they'll good enough to win 10 or 11 games this year.

I would say that Wisconsin should be the favorite, with Penn State, Ohio State and Michigan in a three-way dogfight for the runner-up spot.

Morelli must be vastly improved for Penn St. to make a run at the conference. They'e gotta get that Uof M monkey off their back to, and that games in Ann Arbor so I don't know if they can win that one. Ohio St has to adjust to life after Troy Smith and thats bound to take some time. Remember in his freshman year before they committed to him OSU was having all kinds of problems. Every one knows Michigans loaded on Offense, but they're only returning 2 starters on D. Thats bound to cause a problem some where along the line. The Big Question with Wisconsin is did they're record last year come only because they had a soft schedule. I think I'd have my money on Michigan. No ones great on both sides of the ball but Michigan will be very hard to keep up with.

Wisconsin will win the Big Ten this year,,,, PSU should be pretty tough but Michigan and Wisconsin will be the class of the Big Ten

michigan will win and win the national championchip. . . no one in the big ten will win for another 4 years but michigan becauuse of there stud back up ryan mallet hes going to be the best in all ncaa his arm is gonna rock at the big house
