I've noticed you in many questions, answering in favor of west coast only....so i guess the bias goes both ways...anyway to answer your question, many sportswriters in the east have USC number 1, and looking at the polls they are number 1. It would be some team in the east number 1 if it was east coast bias. You in the west need to lose the "little brother" syndrome. We in the east just don't see much of the west...but we ALWAYS have respected you. I'm in big ten country and we played in the rose bowl EVERY YEAR. So I know how good your teams are. Stop being an arrogant honk for the west, then people will respect your view.
