| Who has the best chance to take down #1 USC? |
|
Who, if anybody, will beat USC this year during the season or a bowl game? Give your reasons if you want best answer. |

During the regular season - Cal. Just watch the tape of the Tennessee game. Cal has speed and size and the game at home in Berkeley. |

CAL. AP State but seriously the only team that can't take down USC is USC. I would say the huskers because of the fact the are at home and none of u USC homers know how loud that place is. Nebraska will be pumped for that game and they want to prove they are back. Restore the Order I say the Berkley Bears. CAL will be at home. The Trojans can only beat themselves , I am not a Trojan Fan but with the schedule they have and the talent level that is on that team as long as they do not get overconfident and look past their opponent like Michigan , they will probably run the table . Cal, UCLA, Oregon, Arizona State, Oregon State and Nebraska would all be considered possiblities. The Trojans barely got past Washington and Washington State last year, and both teams could be improved. I don't see the Trojans as the juggernaut they've been advertised to be, but it's only been 1 game. The fact is that the rest of the Pac-10 is slowly catching up to USC. ucla, or even notre dame since they will have nothing to play for but respect, upset there I'm a bay area native and Cal has an avg. defense and will give USC a game but USC is the class of the nation. It will have to be in the championship game. ND is terrible and UCLA is good but USC won't take them lightly this time. either Cal or Nebraska but Im sure if its not one of those teams they will lose a game. I think Nebraska has a very good shot at it. Nebraska started out a little slow against Nevada, but when they got going.......WOW! I'm a Horns fan and I'm a little nervous about the way the Huskers are looking this year. Also, I read that USC had to convert five 4th downs to get the score as high as they did against Idaho. Nebraska looks good to hand USC their first defeat. After that, if Cal continues to play like they did against Tennessee, USC may very well lose again. You asked for opinions, this was mine. three teams....... Cal....conference opponent and big underdog....tends to happen every year in the pac 10....ucla beat them last year this year California will is APPALACHIAN STATE, on their schedule? no? Oregon and Cal. I think that USC will NOT finish this season undefeated, they WILL fall to one of these two. i dont care who as long as they get beat none or Nebraska Just about anybody in the SEC.
