| What will USC's punishment be for cheating woth Reggie Bush? |

Should/could the NFL punish Bush also? Sorry for the typo! |

Uthamanj - Josh Huepel got screwed out of the Heisman also by Chris Weinke. OU got their revenge by shutting out Weinke and Florida State for the 2000 National Championship. |

This is the reason why i could never give you any good answer about your Sooners. Oh remember this Stonewall, USC put on a good whooping on your Sooners in that title game. Why you insist on hating USC and Reggie Bush, what have they done to you for you to bring this up all the time. Look how they handled the situation at OU. For USC, it should be Ten-fold. A rout over OU isn't going to make USC's cheating go away, SOK-C. OU can win championships without looking the other way from their player's shady deals. OU exposed their own controversy, without trying to cover it up, which would be common for other schools. The best fitting punishment would be forfeiting all 2004 wins. Reggie's Heisman should also be stripped. These are very serious allegations. relax stonewall chill out. Why do you want USC to get a death penalty ? not called for. I am sure the NFL does not care what happened to Bush in college since he is making headlines and money for them now. As for USC if they had self reported the problem then any penalty they get would be lessened. As for the NCAA, who knows what they will do. I guess it all depends on how they interpret what actually happened, which we all know could change from day to day. Well, the NFL will NOT punish Reggie Bush - no jurisdiction. The NCAA isn't the FBI so this isn't like a Mike Vick case or anything. NCAA really can do very little if Bush, USC, et al continue to stonewall. We'll see what comes of this latest info. At worst, USC has to vacant wins while Reggie was deemed ineliglble. As far as Heisman goes, it is supposed to be awarded to an "eligible" athlete, but doubtful if it would be stripped from him. The NFL... won't do anything. Vince should have won the Heisman anyways... USC is the highest paid collage football team. they should Well, if history is any guide, they would be looking at giving up their National Titles, having their records amended to show a 3 year losing streak for the entire time Bush was a player there, and would most likely lose a few scholarships for the next 2-3 years. Personally, I'd like all of the above plus for them to be bowl ineligible for the next 3 years. I agree, they should get some scholarships taken away, as well as Jason White should get Leinhart's Heisman, after all look what he did in his college and........... NFL career, LOL ! |
