| USC lost to an unranked team and is now #3??? |
|
I just realized this and now I'm really questioning why they're above FL?!?!?! FL only loss was to a 6th ranked Auburn, USC lost to an unranked team and all of a sudden they jump to #3??? The unranked team was Oregon State. |

I understand what you're saying about |

AP Polls have USC at #4, Florida at #3. That's right that team was university of Az yeh yeh in you face go az boo cal you suck No body understands the BCS standing they really need a new system of scoring this since this 1 is fuckd up. Cuz i think boise state is a pretty solid football team and they never get treated fair in the BCS standings. Because th BCS also ranks a lil bit on past years performances...which is crap! The only reason UF isn't #3 is because they haven't been winning by bigger margins. If they win out the regular season and win the SEC championship, they will automatically move ahead of USC and more than likely into the #2 spot in the BCS. I'm a Gator fan and I have to say the real national title game is this weekend in Columbus. Notre Dame got, and is getting screwed by the BCS right now. Their only lose is to Michigan and they had to fight and crawl to #6. While USC gets beat by an unranked team, and they are back in the top 5 already. The BS, I mean, BCS standing are crap. College Football NEEDS playoffs. They are given the west coast bias that people will claim doesn't exsist. This bias is to make up for the so-called East Coast Bias. Although USC lost because they missed a two point conversion so the writers rank them so high and that is 2/3rds of the BCS score. The computers being the other third and if you gave them more credit Rutgers would get up higher. Yeah its called a bias everyone that votes has one, and due to USC having a better record over the last three years they get the nod. Not that either team deserves either one of their rankings. Florida plays a non DivI opponent this weekend lets hope they lose. behold the magic of the BCS.... because no logic goes into these rankings. |
