How to make receiver gloves sticky again?

Hi I play wide receiver on my varsity football team. I've had a problem with the stickyness of my gloves always going away as everybody else's gloves do. I was wondering if there is a way to restore that stikyness. The gloves I use by the way are reeboks

Spank the monkey, rub up and go give em hell.

The best way to keep the gloves sticky is to take good care of them. Dirt, grit, sweat, spit, etc will make them less sticky. Wash the gloves with room temp water to remove dirt from the surface. A wet towel/rag should do the trick.

Some people throw them in the wash. Don't. This is hard on the surface. Don't dry them with a blow dryer either. Allow them to air dry. If they're really dirty, use a very mild detergent.

If you're really serious about keeping your gloves in good shape, get two pairs: practice gloves and gameday only gloves.
